Starters include vegetarian lettuce wraps, tofu on skewers, soups etc. Ask for the separate vegetarian menu - it includes 12 starters and 17 main courses -Chinese food is best if you have a mix of courses - good choices include Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap, Crispy Seaweed (without the scallop topping), Bean Curd Peppercorn and Rainbow Beancurd Soup for starters; and for mains try Broccoli in Garlic Sauce (not on the menu but willingly cooked), Bean Curd in a sauce you like, Straw Mushrooms in a Sauce or with Seasonal Veg, Plain Rice.
