Created and controlled by a passionate proprietor, the Red Lion has become the destination for all vegetarians and vegans county wide...and far beyond. As for our meat eater guests we aim to surprise and delight them even more! With a wide choice of homemade dishes using fresh and locally produced ingredients, Proprietor Jan Wise has achieved her dream of providing top quality and varied meat free cuisine in a comfortable and relaxing surrounding. All the original charm of the old public house has been preserved. Gone are the gaming machines and the pool table, but with a new kitchen, wash rooms, baby change and Al fresco terrace, the Red Lion is reborn!
