I am truly passionate about the therapies I offer. We sometimes forget that our bodies are incredible, and that they continually work to keep us healthy. However, this healing mechanism can at times become out of balance and complementary therapies can help to re-align and redress this issue.
I always tailor a bespoke solution for each individual client, as when it comes to your health, one size certainly doesn’t fit all. So, although in the majority of cases The Bowen Technique is the preferred choice, I also offer a number of other therapies including Emmett Technique, Reflexology, Massage and The Dorn Method.
Many clients of the Bowen House really enjoy being cared for and looked after. Some however, in addition, like to take away with them self-empowering techniques to help their own recovery at home, which is where the German Dorn Method can be really beneficial.
