Frances is a degree qualified nutritional therapist who graduated with a BSc. in Nutritional medicine from the University of West London in 2011. She is fully insured to practice and is registered with the information commissioner as a data controller.

Frances practices personalised nutritional therapy, grounded in nutritional biochemistry and functional medicine. She has worked with a wide range of clients including individuals, couples and families of all age ranges from teenagers to pensioners, and has supported her clients with a variety of health concerns including healthy weight management, digestive / gut health, female health issues, fertility and hormonal imbalances, skin complaints, musculoskeletal health, sports nutrition, mental wellbeing, auto-immune disease, type II diabetes and eating disorders. Frances has a specialist interest and expertise in supporting clients with weight loss, female health conditions and gut health. She is also a passionate advocate for the health and environmental benefits of plant based nutrition.

Frances started her journey towards qualifying as a nutritional therapist after discovering the amazing ability of nutrition and complementary medicine to transform her own health & wellbeing. Through experiencing first hand the improvements in health and vitality that the right diet can bring, Frances developed a true passion for nutrition and a desire to share with others how eating the right diet can improve health, restore balance, support the body’s innate healing abilities and enable us all to experience feeling, looking and being in the best health possible.

As a Nutritional Therapist Frances focuses on personalised nutrition and does not believe that there is a one size fits all approach to diet. Frances supports her clients along their journey towards achieving their health goals through personalised nutrition programmes which provide a structured framework of support over a number of months.

Frances achieved her nutritional medicine degree over a period of 5 years whilst also working as a dental practice manager for a busy London practice, a role which she held for over 15 years. Her first son was born in 2011, and after a period of maternity leave she founded her nutrition practice Nourish & Renew in 2013. Frances lives in Leicester with her husband and two children.
