I am a self taught baker with a background in biology and healthcare. As a vegan myself I understand the vegan lifestyle and diet and I am therefore very careful to research the ingredients I use and source them carefully. I pride myself in the textures and flavours I produce in my cakes and certainly put a lot of love and care into them. I can make a cake look nice but I am not trained in sugar craft. I aim to update my decorating skills regularly.
I can make cakes with gluten free ingredients but cannot guarantee that a cake is 100% gluten free due to the baking environment. I am happy to make cakes without refined sugars or with reduced sugar content.
i now have a shop in St Agnes which is primarily a working kitchen but I aim to have some items for sale daily as well as baking to order. My cakes can also be found and bought by the slice at The Cornish Vegan in Truro, The Cuckoo Café in St. Agnes, The Hub in Portreath and Good2Go in Perranporth (seasonal).
