Once upon a time...

While working in the centre of Brighton with all its hundreds of cafes, takeaways and restaurants, was it so hard to find a place to get a quick filling healthy meal?

I wanted some good food and fast. I wanted some real food that was good for me, was good value and didn't eat away all my lunch hour getting it.

Well if you want a job done properly, you have to do it yourself! So I came up with my own iydea for a tasty spot of lunch. The cafeteria style servery means all the great food is on display so you can see what we offer. With many staff on hand even when busy it doesn't take long to be served.The choice is yours, you can choose any one of the days main dishes and then fill your plate with which ever freshly prepared salad and veg you want! Real food fast, that's the iydea.
