I'm Trudy, a vegan artisan baker based in the beautiful village of Mundford on the edge of Thetford Forest in Norfolk. I cover the whole of the East of England but I'm always happy to travel further afield.



My cakes are baked fresh to order using quality ingredients, accompanied by my homemade sauces, jams and vegan curds. This ensures they are moist, full of natural flavour and very tasty! By nature, they are free from egg and dairy, but I also make lots of cakes without using gluten, soya, nuts or refined sugars. Please ask for more details.



I love nothing more than to create stunning vegan cakes that are not only inspired by nature, textures and all things vintage but have an added element of fun when required. Each cake is unique to my clients style and personality. Please feel free to challenge me!
