Vegan Cheese and Wine Tasting

Sit back and enjoy a one off evening tasting plant based cheese and wine with Chef Liam Penn at One B Coffee House on Gloucester Road, Bristol. Liam has picked five of his favourite artisan plant based cheeses and paired them with five wines from his cellar. He'll be talking you through why he's selected the 5 cheeses and the exciting developments in the world of plant based cheese with what we might find in the future. He'll also be explaining the stories behind the wines, their makers and their journeys.

Alongside the cheese, bar snacks and a full wine list will be available to purchase throughout the evening.

You would normally find Chef Liam Penn curating Edible Storytelling experiences which take you on a journey through intimate tasting menus. Liam takes plant based fine dining to new levels with a range of experimental, traditional and modernist techniques to create theatre and present the perfection of his ingredients.

The bar will be open from 6.30pm and the event is due to start at 7pm.
