Festive Lunch Demo & Dine - Vegan Style

Join us for a live cookery demo and full lunch prepared by Anna Madams of the popular Somerset-based catering company, Vegan To You. Anna is an experienced restaurateur and caterer, having catered for hundreds of weddings and special events. She is renowned for her engaging and fun style, so don’t miss this event!

Relax and watch a 45 min cookery demo of:

• Layered festive Roast with squash, spinach & beetroot.
• Seved with Roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, roasted carrots & parsnips, chestnut & maple cabbage, broccoli and gravy.
• You will then be served a full lunch.
• You will then be able to browse our merchandise stall and purchase our new Viva! cookbook!
• Juliet Gellatley, the Director and Founder of Viva!, will be doing a short speech before the meal.

You are welcome to BYO drinks, including alcohol.
