Cheltenham Vegan Market

After our successful run of 2023 events we are excited to call Cheltenham Vegan Market our new flagship event. We are delighted to be returning to the city in 2024 with three outdoor vegan markets for all to enjoy.

Taking place on The Promenade right in the shopping district, Cheltenham Vegan Market will showcase the best local vegan businesses and their incredible vegan products.

We’ll have a range of traders selling everything from the tastiest vegan street-food through to homemade bakes and cakes. As well as a number of non-food items like ethical fashion brands, cruelty-free skincare, homeware items and much more.

CAKES FOR APES!

During Ape-ril, we will be joining the global baking fundraiser that helps save the orangutans! We are encouraging all our traders, staff and customers to donate their best cake for a special raffle alongside many other top quality prizes to raise money for this amazing campaign.

Cakes for Apes is run by International Animal Rescue to raise money for their orangutan project in Indonesia. Find out more here.

Getting there

• By train - The closest train station is Cheltenham Spa station which is a 25min walk or 15min bus ride from the event

• By bus - The Promenade is very central and has many bus stops within walking distance. You can view all bus stops within a 10min walk here. You can also get the bus from Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Stroud and Oxford

• By car - Regent Arcade Car Park is the nearest car park and is only a 3 min walk away

The venue is fully accessible with flat floor access throughout. Nearest disabled toilet - The Bank House - JD Weatherspoon GL50 3JL (2 min walk), Regent Arcade GL50 1JZ (4 min walk) or John Lewis Cheltenham GL50 1DQ (5 min walk).

We do everything we can to ensure our events are as eco-conscious as they can be. From the paper and ink we use for our flyers to banning plastic bags and cutlery. We’ve come up with 5 tips to make your visit more eco-friendly…

1. Bring a tote bag for your shopping.

2. Bring a reusable cup & cutlery.

3. Bring your own tupperware to fill up with goodies.

4. Take public transport where you can or liftshare.

5. If you have to drive, offset your emissions by planting a tree in our grove.
