Business Details
We opened Cardo Restaurant in 2006 as Pig’Halle Restaurant. Our core values of running a local restaurant means using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Cardo Restaurant is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, using influence and inspiration from Paula’s Portuguese and Herve’s French backgrounds.
All our dishes are produced by our kitchen team from scratch, so we are very much Celiac, Vegan and Vegetarian friendly.
