Award Winning, Vegan Mexican Street Food!

Antojitos was created in Summer 2020 by vegan chef John Kelly, born from frustration at the lack of credible vegan and vegetarian options at his favourite Mexican restaurants. We specialise in quesadillas, tacos, taquitos, and empanadas, and work closely with a range of suppliers to ensure we are only using the freshest and most authentic ingredients available.

After a year of trading, Antojitos was crowned champions at the Scottish Street Food Awards 2021, with our signature Seitan Barbacoa Quesadilla impressing the panel of judges and giving them the nod over 14 other finalists. This also led to Antojitos being the only Scottish nominee at the British Street Food Awards, and the only vegan finalist.

In September 2021, we took over the kitchen at The Dog House in Edinburgh, and serve there 7 days a week. The welcoming, vibrant bar offers the perfect setting to enjoy our vegan treats and we are proud to call it our home and forever our #1 location.
