We are an independent cakery and biscuitier based in the heart of Bristol.
Specialising in boozy cakes, botanical cakes, american style cakes, vegetable cakes you couldn't imagine, vegan, gluten free and straight up naughty cakes.
Everything's hand made at the shack in St Nicholas Market, and if you're not in a cakey hour of need we do brunch everyday including handmade salads and legendary sausage rolls, with considerate vegan/vegetarian options thrown in too.
