Every morning Tom the Baker bakes an amazing selection of artisan breads in our wood-fired oven for you to enjoy. Grab 'em from the hatch downstairs or treat yourself to delicious pastries and baked treats as well as locally roasted coffee supplied by our friends at Coffee Compass. As well as all that, we've got pizza sold by the slice...



Upstairs in the bus station we've converted the old cafe into a relaxed, cosy pizzeria with the hearth at its centre. Our founder and master baker, Michael Hanson has been making authentic sour dough pizza for years and perfected his craft at London's Franco Manca.
