Old school vegan dining, with an amazing choice of food. Plus deli with vegan cheeses, faux meats, vegan dog food and more! Note: shut between 4.30-7.30pm
Our first choice was closed for the summer (motto: a common issue for vegan travellers so always check ahead!), but pleased we found friendly Veganno to be open.The menu at first glance was tricky, but we soon found out it was in the local Catalan dialect. The proprietor helpfully translated everything for us and it was a very reasonable 11 Euro for three courses.
The food was unpretentious and tasty. The setting was large and airy, but some might be surprised to be surrounded by hundreds of pro vegan posters. Didn't phase us, though.
Great to be able to buy vegan provisions on our way out, too!
