The Jolly Sailor

The Jolly Sailor is a charming country pub and family restaurant, located in the village of Heybridge Basin overlooking the Blackwater Estuary in Essex. Situated near the Blackwater and Chelmer Navigation Canal Lock Gates, it makes for pleasant trips on the river or canal, or leisurely strolls to the historic town of Maldon.

We have an outside garden area, sea food bar and a covered barn area which can be used all year round.
