Each day we will have a variety of salads, sandwiches, soups and juices which are available to eat in, or to take away. Our meals are prepared on-site and made from fresh, local ingredients. We like to keep our suppliers as local as possible, supporting other businesses in Liverpool and also reducing the carbon footprint as much as we can. Our fruit and vegetables come direct from the daily fruit & veg market on Edge Lane, our sourdough bread is handmade by Jess from The Wild Loaf in Cain’s Brewery, we sell handmade vegan-friendly chocolate by Kate at The Cocoa Gallery and we get our organic handmade cashew milk from Rob at Nuts about Milk.
White Wolf Coffee ~ our own unique blend
We have also produced White Wolf Coffee, our own special blend of Fairtrade coffee coming from the mountains of Mexico and handpicked by a community of local women. Our coffee is organic and affiliated to the Rainforest Alliance – a nonprofit organisation dedicated to the conservation of tropical forests.
